1. 蒐集的資料
- 您主動提供的資料：透過聯絡表單或電子郵件提供的姓名、公司名稱、電子郵件、電話與需求內容。
- 使用服務時產生的資料：您上傳或輸入至本公司 AI 服務的工程文件、報價資料與對話內容。
- 技術資料：瀏覽器類型、IP 位址、存取時間等伺服器紀錄，用於維運與資安。
2. 使用目的
- 回覆諮詢、提供報價與履行服務契約。
- 提供、維護與改善本公司服務，以及資安與防止濫用。
- 依法令要求保存或提供資料。
3. AI 服務與客戶資料
- 客戶資料依客戶分別隔離儲存，不同客戶之間的資料不互通。
- 本公司不出售您的個人資料，也不將客戶上傳的文件提供給其他客戶。
- 服務可能使用第三方雲端與 AI 模型供應商代為處理資料，處理範圍以提供服務所必要者為限。
4. 分享與委外
除下列情形外，本公司不會將您的個人資料提供給第三人：經您同意；為提供服務所必要之受託廠商（如雲端主機、電子郵件服務），並要求其負保密義務；或依法令、法院或主管機關要求。
5. 保存期間與安全
資料於達成蒐集目的所需期間內保存，或依法令規定之期間保存。本公司採取傳輸加密、存取權限控管等合理措施保護資料。
